The bibliography is being completed and updated on an ongoing basis, and older publications are also being worked in by assistant Eva Schouten. We are now nearing the benchmark of 3000 titles and trust an initial completion will have been achieved by the end of the year.

Javier Gimeno-Martínez has published Design and national identity (London: Bloomsbury, 2016).

Xavier Andreu Miralles has published El descubrimiento de España: Mito romántico e identidad nacional (Madrid: Tauris, 2016).

At the Leuphana university in Lüneburg, Ulrike Köhler successfully defended her thesis on Gattung und Nation: «Englishness» in der englischen Romantik. The defense took place on 31 October 2016; the main supervisor was Professor Emer O’Sullivan. Congratulations to her and Ulrike Köhler.
